This workshop focuses on self-determination which allows young adults to choose their own goals and expectations of post-secondary life.  The trainer teaches parents how to develop a Transition plan in the students IEP that will meet the student’s post-secondary goals.  Parents and caregivers will also learn about community supports and services that will be relevant to a young adult with a disability in post-secondary life.
